How CQU Works
The Connecting Quran to You (CQU) program follows the original method of Quran learning practiced in Masjid An-Nabawi — simple, consistent, and life-centred.
Learners gather regularly around the Quran, just as the companions of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) did:
- The Quran is recited correctly
- Its meaning is understood clearly
- Guidance is connected to daily life
- Learning continues consistently over time
CQU begins with correct reading, then introduces word-by-word understanding and guided explanation, followed by practical lessons for character and lifestyle. Arabic foundations are taught only as needed to support understanding.
There are no pressure and no fixed end point. Learners progress step by step, build a daily habit with the Quran, and grow in understanding throughout life. As learners develop, they are encouraged to help and teach others, allowing the program to grow naturally within families and communities.
In short, CQU works by reviving the Masjid An-Nabawi model of Quran learning, adapted for today’s world.
