Welcome to the official website of IQRA – Islam Quran Research Academy (“IQRA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The term “IQRA” refers to our organisation based in Australia that is dedicated to providing structured, research-based education in Qur’anic recitation (Tajweed), memorisation (Hifz), Arabic language, and basic Islamic studies.

By accessing or using this website and any of our services, materials, or online platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, guardians, and website visitors (“you”, “your”, “user”,  “student” or “member”).

 
2. Services and Payments

Payment amount depends on engagement or service as set out based on assessment and requirements during consultation unless otherwise specified for any course or event fees. The payment can be made monthly/periodically as set out by the parents/guardian flexibility.

We may inform/update payment related queries to the members/parents/guardian time to time.

 

3. General Terms

3.1 Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and confidentiality of information. All personal and business information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent.

3.2 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All teaching materials, curriculum structures, digital downloads, course content, visual designs, and books created or published by IQRA (Islam Quran Research Academy) are the intellectual property of IQRA unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in Australia and internationally.

4.1 Use of IQRA Content
Registered students are granted limited, non-transferable, and revocable access to download and use IQRA’s teaching content solely for personal learning purposes. This includes:

PDFs
Lesson recordings (if provided)
Tajweed books
Arabic and Islamic Studies resources

Sharing, copying, reproducing, redistributing, modifying, or publishing any part of this content for commercial or public use without prior written consent from IQRA is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Restricted Access Materials
Certain resources are exclusive to enrolled or registered students and are not accessible to the general public. These include internal assessments, premium class materials, and specific digital resources. Users agree not to share access credentials or distribute these materials outside of their personal use.

4.3 Third-Party Content

IQRA may include or reference third-party content (e.g., books, educational tools, or multimedia) as part of the learning experience. All such content remains the property of their respective creators and is used in accordance with educational fair use, licensing terms, or direct permission. IQRA makes no claim over third-party copyrights unless explicitly stated.

5. Code of conduct

At IQRA, we follow Islamic religious code of conduct based on Qur’an and Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad (Peach Be Upon Him).

In appropriate behaviour of the members/students are not accepted and the members/students may be dismissal from the academy.

Parking rules: NSW parking rules applied while parking at the premises during face-to-face class. The academy is not responsible for any incident due to illegal parking or in appropriate way of dropping or picking up their children.

 

6. Privacy Policy
